LiveSive is a live commerce platform that allows you to shop and interact with sellers in real-time through live streaming. It combines the fun of watching live content with the convenience of e-commerce, enabling you to ask questions, see product demonstrations, and make purchases directly within the app.

Making purchases during LiveSive streams is easy and seamless:

1. When you see a product you like during a stream, tap on the product card that appears on the screen.
2. Review the product details, sizing, color options, and other information.
3. Select the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button.
4. If you choose "Buy Now," you'll proceed directly to checkout without leaving the stream.
5. Complete your payment using your preferred payment method.
6. Continue watching the stream while your order is processed!

LiveSive is currently available in select regions and we're rapidly expanding our global reach. The app is available for download on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store. If the app doesn't appear in your region's app store, we're likely working on bringing LiveSive to your country soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch in new regions.

We're always looking for passionate sellers and hosts to join our LiveSive community. To become a seller or host:

1. Download the LiveSive app and create an account
2. Navigate to your profile and select "Become a Seller"
3. Fill out the application form with details about your business and products
4. Complete the verification process
5. Once approved, you'll gain access to our Seller Dashboard
6. Set up your store profile and add products
7. Schedule your first live stream!

Note: Currently, our seller program is invite-only in some regions. If the "Become a Seller" option isn't available in your area, you can join our waitlist.

Yes! LiveSive archives most streams so you can watch them later. When browsing the app, look for the "Replays" section to find past streams. Some exclusive or limited-time streams may only be available live, but most regular product streams are available for replay for at least 7 days. You can still shop from replay streams, but you won't be able to interact with the host or other viewers as you would during a live broadcast.

If you experience any issues with your order, LiveSive offers several support options:

• In the app, go to "My Orders" and select the order with the issue
• Use the "Report a Problem" button to explain the issue
• For order-specific questions, you can directly message the seller
• For platform issues, use the "Help & Support" section in your profile

LiveSive has a buyer protection policy to ensure you receive the items as described or get your money back.

Shipping options on LiveSive depend on individual sellers. Many sellers offer international shipping, while others may only ship domestically. When viewing a product, you'll see available shipping options and costs before checkout. The app will automatically filter and show you products that can be shipped to your location based on the address in your profile settings.
